Summit Medical Office Building Continues to Add Tenants, Leasing Opportunities Remain
Summit County, Colorado – The Summit Medical Office Building in Frisco, Colorado opened to much fanfare on August
29, 2006 with an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony. Much of the 87,000 square foot building was occupied by
county offices, local healthcare related non-profits and private practice offices prior to its opening. Since
the grand opening several County functions have taken up residency, including Public Health Nursing, Social Services,
and Youth and Family Services. In addition, Centura Lab Services and Steadman Hawkins Clinic have leased space
within the facility. The remaining square footage is available for build-to-suit medical offices and includes
shared flex space. Summit County looks to complete the medical campus with private practice healthcare offices and
a pharmacy.
Scott Vargo, Assistant Summit County Manager, is managing leasing of the remaining 8,179 square feet of the building
internally. Architectural Resource Consultants, Inc., was the construction management firm for the project. For more
information about the medical office building, please visit our updated website, with the latest tenant information
