Summit County's Medical Campus Expands with the Opening of Summit Medical Office
Building in Frisco, Colorado
Boulder, Colorado, August, 9, 2006 - The new Summit Medical Office Building
in Frisco, Colorado is slated to have a successful grand opening this month. Only
a few suites remain for lease in this building, and some of its occupants are already
open for business.
The completion of the medical office building expands the area's medical campus,
which includes the new St. Anthony Summit Medical Center which opened in December
of 2005. The Summit Medical Office Building's occupants include county offices,
several local healthcare related non-profits as well as private practice offices.
Architectural Resource Consultants, Inc. was the construction management firm for
the 87,000 square foot building. More information about the medical office building

"The Board of County Commissioners was instrumental in the attraction of a new hospital
facility and then in the planning and construction of the adjacent medical office
building," said Scott Vargo, Assistant Summit County Manager. "The goal was to create
a true medical campus within Summit County offering expanded services with a more
efficient and effective location."

Summit County has scheduled the official Grand Opening and ribbon cutting ceremony
for Tuesday, August 29, 2006. The ceremony will begin with an invitation only event
starting at 4:30 p.m. and the community is invited to attend starting at 6 p.m.
