September 5, 2006 - Summit County Medical Office Building Officially Opens with
Well-Attended Grand Opening Ceremony
The new Summit County Medical Office Building in Frisco, Colorado officially opened
on August 29, 2006 with an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony. Much of the 87,000
square foot building is already occupied by county offices, local healthcare related
non-profits and private practice offices. The remaining square footage is available
for build-to-suit medical offices and includes shared flex space. Summit County
looks to complete the medical campus with private practice healthcare offices and
