Recycling Services
As of January 1st, 2006
Summit Recycling Project became a project
of the new parent organization,
High Country Conservation Center (HC3).
Although the county now oversees the actual recycling operations, HC3 provides the education and public awareness programs for those operations. In addition to continuing work on waste reduction issues, HC3 also works on Green Building, Efficient & Renewable Energy and other resource conservation topics.
