GIS Data Licensing Information
Resolution 2003-95, adopted by the Summit County Board of County Commissioners in December 2003, authorizes the licensing use of Summit County Government's Geographic Information System (GIS) data, and establishes a fee schedule for such licenses.

Summit County government requires that parties acquiring GIS data execute a license agreement. The license agreement will require the licensees’ compliance with certain restrictions on the use and dissemination of the GIS data as a condition of issuance of the license.

In addition to the spatial datasets, property attribute data is available from the Summit County Assessor’s office.
