Community Outreach Program
Summit County Ambulance strives to meet the needs of the citizens and visitors to Summit County in a multitude of ways.

The Community Outreach and Public Information Program focuses on disseminating important health safety information to the public through press releases and community education programs.

• Annual Blood Drive.
• Think First -Head Injury Prevention.
• Safe Kids-Preventing accidental injuries.
• Summit County Public Access Defibrillation Project-Keep the Beat Summit

• Colorado Life Trak Summit-Tracking program for clients with dementia who may wander off. 
• Heartsaver CPR / AED and First Aid Classes for the lay rescuers. See training calendar.
• Attendance at area Health and Safety Fairs.
• Special Programs at the request of Schools and Community groups.
