CRISP (County Retirement Income Security Program) is Summit County’s Social Security replacement program and a 401a
- 100% employer funded for regular full-time and regular part-time employees
Immediate eligibility, 4 year vesting, 50% at 6 months
CCOERA (Colorado County Officials and Employees Retirement Association)
- Participation begins after 1 year; 6 year vesting schedule
- Employer contributes 3%, employees contribute 3%
457 Deferred Compensation Plans
- CCOERA 457 retirement plan; CCOERA Roth 457 option
- ICMA 457 retirement plan
