1. I would like to make improvements to my driveway. Do I need a permit?

Depending on the improvements you are making, yes. If you simply want to pave your gravel driveway, you do not need a permit. However, there are specific regulations pertaining to how your driveway ties into the county road. If you are installing or replacing a culvert, you will need a permit. 2. Are right of way permits available online?
