Fire Restrictions

Summit County has no fire restrictions in place as of Friday, July 1, 2011. Summit County has no plan to issue fire restrictions between Friday, July 1, 2011 and Tuesday, July 5, 2011.

As of Friday, July 1, 2011 the fire danger rated was elevated to HIGH.

Please exercise caution and attention when enjoying any recreational fire, using recreational vehicles, and motorized equipment such as chain saws. Be sure to have proper spark arrester devices in place.
