2009 Market Data Sales Lists

2009 was a reappraisal year in Colorado. For tax year 2010, an intervening year, the Assessor must use the same data collection period as was used for the 2009 reappraisal: January 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008.

In order to assist our customers we have posted the sales data that was used for the reappraisal along with photographs where available.

You may open and view the following spreadsheets or open and copy to your own directory. You must have Microsoft Excel ‘95 or greater to be successful in viewing or reproducing the spreadsheets.

If you copy these sales lists to your own directory, links to the photographs will be lost.
