The Office of the Public Trustee is responsible for processing Releases of Deeds of Trust and for overseeing foreclosure sales on properties within Summit County.
The Summit County Public Trustee Office schedules foreclosure sales once a week at the South Front Door of the Old County Courthouse located at 208 Lincoln Avenue, Breckenridge, Colorado on Fridays at 10:00 AM. Please refer to the list on the left for updated schedules. Funds must be in cash, certified check or the ability to wire into the Public Trustee account within 2 hours after sale. Interested parties or their agent must be present to bid.
