HOW TO RECORD A DOCUMENT

Submitting a document for recording
1. Documents may be mailed or brought to our Summit County office. 2. Documents submitted for recording must have a top margin of at least 1 inch.

3. Please include a complete return address for return mailing.

4. Our office does not provide forms. You may purchase them at an office supply store.

5. Our office does not offer advice on how to complete any form or document you want to record. Please seek an attorney or title company.

6. Our documents are not online at this time. Please call 970.453.3475 for assistance in viewing documents.

7. Our hours of operation are 8-5 Monday – Friday (call ahead for holiday schedules)
