Beginning on Monday, August 17, 2009, we will be unable to accept inspection requests, and users will be unable to view inspection results on-line while we complete the migration to this new software.

Later on this fall, following our initial implementation, we will be configuring the new software to allow our customers to request inspections and view inspection results.

Users wishing to request inspections during this migration period will need to make the request via our Integrated Voice Response (IVR) telephone system.
