ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEES

Numerous subdivisions have homeowner associations, which include private architectural control committees responsible for assuring that new construction complies with covenants adopted by the local homeowners' association.  We recommend you contact your homeowner association for any covenants that may apply to your project, homeowners remain exclusively responsible for compliance with their covenants.
