APPLYING FOR A BUILDING PERMIT

To apply for a building permit, you will need to submit one set of complete building plans, a completed application, and a check for the plan review fee.

The applicant must complete all of the shaded boxes on the application, including:

  • Street address of the project;
  • Legal description of the site;
  • Name, mailing address, and telephone number of the owner;
  • And name, contractor's registration number, mailing address, and telephone number of the general contractor.
