Assessor's Office 2010 Real Property Value Information
The 2010 appeal period ends June 1, 2010. The Assessor is required by state law to use the same data collection period for this intervening year as was used for the 2009 reappraisal: January 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008. Reappraisal sales lists and information are posted below.
