Enforcement
Animal Control Officers have the authority to issue a Summons and Complaint or penalty assessment to any alleged violator of these Regulations. The provisions of these Regulations may be enforced by the County Sheriff and respective deputies, the Summit County Animal Control Officers, or by any peace officer. The fine or other penalty shall be as provided in the Summit County Animal Control Resolution or as otherwise provided by law.
