The decision to immunize is the decision to help protect individuals and entire communities from diseases spread person-to-person.
Immunizations prevent disease in the people who receive them and are responsible for the control of many infectious diseases that were once common in this country. It is always better to prevent a disease than to treat it.

    • Summit County Public Health provides all recommended childhood immunizations. Please bring the child's immunization records with you to your appointment.
    • No child will be turned away due to inability to pay.

Travel Immunizations

Summit County Public Health does not offer all travel immunizations. However, you may call (970) 668-9161 for referral information.
